The West End

The Esplanade
The Esplanade sits next door to The Park Bay near the intersection of Denman and Nelson. At 7 stories tall, the Esplanade is a clean and quiet building within minutes of Denman Street’s nightlife, restaurants, and grocery stores. The Esplanade offers renovated suites of various sizes, from studio to large one bedroom.
