The Diplomat

The Diplomat is centrally located in the heart of Downtown’s West End at the corner of Gilford & Barclay, one block west of Denman Street. As well, it is just a five-minute walk to Vancouver’s best outdoor spots including the largest beach, English Bay and Stanley Park. Tenants of The Diplomat can use the EV Charger located at our neighboring building, Evergreen.
The Esplanade
The Esplanade sits next door to The Park Bay near the intersection of Denman and Nelson. At 7 stories tall, the Esplanade is a clean and quiet building within minutes of Denman Street’s nightlife, restaurants, and grocery stores. The Esplanade offers renovated suites of various sizes, from studio to large one bedroom.
The common areas of The Esplanade have been renovated. Building security has been updated with a fob entry system, security cameras, and a secure bike storage room. The entire building also received brand new energy-efficient windows in 2021.
The Evergreen
Located next door to The Diplomat Apartments, Evergreen Apartments is also located in Vancouver’s West End neighbourhood near corner of Gilford & Barclay. Steps from Denman Street, the Evergreen is a quiet 3 story building seconds away from Denman Street’s nightlife, restaurants, grocery stores and much more. The Evergreen offers large one-bedroom suites.
The interior and exterior of this building have been extensively renovated. The building has a secure bike storage room, storage lockers, fob entry system and security cameras. EV chargers are also available onsite for tenants use.
The Park Bay
The Park Bay is 10 stories tall, allowing for sweeping views of the West End from the upper floors. The Park Bay is located at the corner of Gilford & Nelson, one block west of Denman Street. As well, it is just a five-minute walk to Vancouver’s most popular outdoor spots including English Bay and Stanley Park. The Park Bay offers one-bedroom suites with full-size balconies.
