Suspicious Persons & Building Security How to Stay Safe:
Building security is everybody’s concern!
Please report any concerns such as vandalism or suspicious persons to the building manager.
For your own safety, please do not confront any suspicious person on your own, rather call 911 or let the building manager know immediately.
Some tips for maintaining building security:
Do not allow strangers into the building: When entering the building and an unknown person tries to enter as well, always ask for the name and which unit they belong. If they can’t identify themselves, let them know that they have to wait at the front door until their host buzzes them in.
Do not buzz in any unknown persons.
Always wait and monitor the parking gate until it is fully closed when entering or leaving the building through the parking area.
You may be liable for damages resulting from vandalism or theft if you are responsible for letting an unknown person enter into the common areas of the building.
