Have You Lost Your Keys?
If you are locked out of your suite between 8 am – 4 pm on a week day, please contact your building manager on site. Outside of regular business hours, please call the emergency line or contact a locksmith.
Our service charges for attending lock-outs are:
- $50 – 8 AM – 4 PM (Weekdays)
- $150 – 4 PM – 8 AM (Weekdays):
- $250 On Weekends & Holidays
Very Important: Never leave building keys, remotes, fobs or any keys in your car!
If your keys are stolen, inform the building manager immediately or call the emergency line, so that appropriate steps can be taken to insure the building remains secure. Please be advised that you will be asked for identification to verify your tenancy before you will be granted replacement keys.
