We would like to welcome Monkey to our building management team at SoMa!
He is already a bit too comfortable in the roll and seems to be sleeping on the job… but we know that he will do great things at our pet friendly building in Mount Pleasant!
We have several pet friendly buildings:
The following buildings allow both cats and dogs:
- Ten West (South Granville)
- Alder Place (Fairview)
- Park Bay (West End)
- Esplanade (West End)
- SoMa (Mount Pleasant / Main Street) Dogs under 22lbs only
The following buildings allow cats only:
- Zenith (Commercial Drive)
If you are already a tenant in the buildings listed above and are interested in getting a pet, we require you to speak to your building manager before bringing home your new bundle of joy. It is ultimately up to their approval.
If you are a prospective renter, our ads will specify whether the building is pet friendly or not. When contacting us about an ad be sure to include a little something about your pet and maybe even a picture (This isn’t just because we want to look at cute pet pictures…we swear!) Again, the building manager has the last word on approval.
