RE: TENANT UPDATES DURING COVID-19
The response to the outbreak of COVID-19 is a fluid situation that is ever changing with many government initiatives and guidelines. As of today, March 23, 2020, we have prepared the following to assist residents through this challenging time:
1)
Building Access: We strongly urge Tenants to
significantly limit access to the building to non-residents and caregivers
unless necessary, as a means to reduce the exposure to COVID-19.
2)
Cleaning Service: We have increased the frequency of
building cleaning, focusing cleaning efforts on common area touch
points (door handles, elevators, etc.). All subject to change as situation
progresses.
3)
Move-ins & Move-outs: Contact your
building manager to discuss a move-out process that allows for the recommended
social distancing. Please note that some moving companies are suspending their
services during this time.
4) Maintenance Requests: In the light of the rapidly evolving global pandemic Covid-19, we are asking all Tenants to limit service requests to absolute emergency maintenance requests only. Minor repairs and cosmetic upgrade requests should be shelved for a later date. Expect delays.
