Roof Replacement at Diplomat – Notice to Tenants
Dear Tenants,
Mack Kirk Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd. is currently replacing the roof.
A crane will deliver and remove material this, and depending on the weather, the next week. Please keep your windows closed during the time the crane is operating and the roof replacement is progressing as there could be items falling down that can damage the new windows or your apartment.
Please be aware that for security and safety reasons the building manager has to take care that all the windows remain closed during the work and he will have to enter your apartment and close the windows in case you have forgotten to close them.
