Notice to Our Residents Re: COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL RESIDENTS
Dear Residents,
Like many of you, we have been closely following the developments around coronavirus. We care deeply about our employees and our residents. Terra Crest is implementing temporary measures to ensure the safety of all residents. Living in a multi-family building requires additional precautions due to the increased risk of spreading infection through communal living.
It is essential that all residents:
1. Notify your resident Manager if you are under quarantine for potential exposure to COVID-19 or if you have a confirmed case of COVID-19. Terra Crest will not disclose your personal information to other residents or to anyone outside of the organization, with the sole exception of communicating with Vancouver Coastal Health to establish procedures for containment and common area sanitation.
2. When possible, send all maintenance requests, notices or letters to the Building Manager using e-mail or a phone call. Please be advised that at this time, our managers and maintenance staff are taking extra precautions when performing maintenance in apartments and regular maintenance will not be performed in any unit where a tenant is ill, except for emergencies only. Please be advised that we have adopted additional frequent cleaning procedures in all common areas. We highly recommend that all residents are mindful about frequent hand washing and take proper precautions to preventing the spread of all illnesses.
