Note to our Tenants Applying for the BC Temporary Rental Supplement (BC-TRS) Program
Dear Terra Crest Residents,
If you are applying for the BC Temporary Rental Supplement (BC-TRS) Program. We would like to bring to your attention the following
- In the tenant’s portion of the application, you/ the tenant must supply one of the below:
Submit ONE or more of the following to confirm
tenancy and current monthly rent.
- Tenancy Agreement / Notice of Rent Increase
- Recent Rent receipt (within past 3 months)
- Bank statement showing recent rent payment to landlord (within past 3 months)
- Letter from Landlord confirming tenancy and monthly rent
2. For the landlord’s information, please provide the (Building Manager’s office address as per your tenancy agreement and the Building Manager’s email address)
3. Please notify your Building Manager if you have applied for the program, so we can expect the e-mail from BC Housing.
