New Landscape for Cityview & Mountainview

Houston Landscapes Ltd. is currently working on the landscaping of our North Vancouver buildings until end of August. (Weather depending)

The scope of work is including:

Cleaning up the patios and adding topsoil within patio areas to provide planters for tenant use.
Hedges and old bushes in front of the patios will be replanted with new bushes to provide the tenants with privacy – there might be a short time frame where your patio is not covered by bushes until it is replanted. The workers will do their best to keep the inconvenience minimal, thanks for your understanding!

We kindly ask you:

Do not enter active construction areas or areas where Terra Crest staff / Houston Landscapes Ltd is working
Do not try to approach or talk to workers, direct all your questions to the building manager or the relief manager
Use extra caution when close to the construction area
Be patient. Remember that construction is a short-term inconvenience for a long term benefit.

We are confident that everyone will enjoy the new landscaping once it’s finished!
