Happy New Year!
As we ring in the new year, we’d like to take a moment to thank all of you, our tenants, for choosing to rent with Terra Crest. We know that you have options when it comes to renting a home and we cannot thank you enough for your continued loyalty and support. 2017 has been a year of great success for us, and we could not have done it without you!
Here is a look back at some of our biggest accomplishments of 2017:
- We completed a full exterior renovation at Evergreen Apartments in the West End
- In October, all of our buildings were officially recognized as Certified Rental Buildings with the CRB Program
- We built two new penthouse suites at SoMa Apartments on Main St.
- We renovated the laundry room, lobby, and hallways at Alder Apartments
- We received the LandlordBC Award for Leadership in Energy Efficiency, solidifying our commitment to environmentally-conscious living
