The West End
The West End, located on the downtown peninsula, is considered one of Vancouver’s most well-known neighbourhoods.
Bounded on three sides by water (English Bay, Coal Harbour and the world-famous Stanley Park Lost Lagoon), the West End is certainly one of Vancouver’s busiest and most vibrant communities.
From shopping on Robson Street, jogging around the Stanley Park seawall, playing a game of beach volleyball at English Bay, or dining at a restaurant on Denman Street, inhabitants of Vancouver’s West End neighbourhood have a variety of outdoor activities to choose from. Kathleen Court is a 9 story building offering bachelor and one bedroom apartments, with ocean views available from the top floors. Kathleen Court is located at Harwood and Cardero, next to the Cardero Bikeway, 2 blocks from the Seawall and a 10 minute walk to Stanley Park.

In the summer months, Kathleen Court residents can walk one block down to iconic Beach Avenue to walk in the sand, bike the Seawall or watch the sunset from English Bay. This convenient location is also within blocks from buses that run on Davie Street to most downtown locations as well as a direct shuttle to the Canada Line Sky Train.
The Diplomat is a 7 story building with newly renovated suites and secure, gated parking. The entire building was just updated with new energy efficient windows, new roofing with a common rooftop patio and fresh outside paint in Summer 2015.

The entrance area, hallways and the laundry room were updated with a funky & fresh look in Summer 2015! We now provide TV in the bright and friendly designed laundry room.
And important news for all our bike enthusiast: We have implemented a new bicycle storage area with a small selection of everyday tools as well!
Located next door to The Diplomat Apartments, Evergreen Apartments is also located in Vancouver’s West End neighbourhood near corner of Gilford & Barclay. Steps from Denman Street, the Evergreen is a quiet 3 story building seconds away from Denman Street’s nightlife, restaurants, grocery stores and much more. The Evergreen offers large one bedroom suites.
The building was updated with new cladding and new roofing in summer 2017. The lobby and hallways in Diplomat Apartments will be undergoing a full renovation in July 2018 (Please see rendering)!
The Park Bay
The Park Bay is 10 stories tall, allowing for sweeping views of the West End from the upper floors. The Park Bay is located at the corner of Gilford & Nelson, one block west of Denman Street. As well, it is just a five minute walk to Vancouver’s most popular outdoor spots including English Bay and Stanley Park. The Park Bay offers one bedroom suites with full size balconies.
