We are always striving for better Customer Service and we have now the new ‘Maintenance Request Forms’ available in paper format in front of our building manager’s office or in the laundry room (depending on the building).

Our building managers can be reached best via phone during the office hours, from Monday-Friday: 8 am to 4 pm and they are more than happy to help you with all your questions and requests.

Here is a list of what we consider an emergency:
- Fire (or call 911 immediately)
- Flood
- Elevator entrapment
- Power issue (no power/partial power)
- Lock-out
- Alarm call
- Security issue
- No Heat or Hot Water
- Plumbing issue
- Break-in (vehicle/building)
Be sure to state your building, your name, suite #, description of the emergency, and a contact number you can be reached at.
