If you are interested in renting an apartment with Terra Crest Property Management you will be asked to fill out an application form.

Terra Crest Property Management is always committed to protecting your personal information.

Why We Collect Personal Information:

Collecting personal information is part of the tenant application process and allows us to determine the eligibility for tenancy and to assess the creditworthiness of our future tenants. If we don’t move forward with your application we will delete, destroy and shred the received information immediately.

Once we have approved your application and signed the tenancy agreement we will ask you for your contact and emergency contact information as well.

It is necessary to always have your latest information on file. We want to be able to communicate with you properly and in a timely manner. This is important to address maintenance issues as well as in case of emergencies, where we may be required to contact your relatives or trusted friends.

Also in the case of an emergency (i.e. personal emergency or earthquake) we want to be able to inform your next relatives or trusted persons.

We will not collect, use or disclose any personal information unless you have provided us with your consent.

You may withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal information with reasonable notice. However, any withdrawal is subject to contractual and legal restrictions.

Protecting Your Information

We ensure the security of your personal information. We review and upgrade our security systems on a regular basis. Access to your personal information will be limited to selected employees within our organization. Where information must be provided to others, that information will be limited to that which is specifically required for a particular task.

How You Can Access Your Information

You may request access to your personal information and the ways in which that information has been used and disclosed. Any request you make should be sufficiently detailed so that we may properly respond to your request.
